Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a team?
To create a team, tap the "+" button on the Teams screen, enter your team details (name, description, picture), and tap "Create Team". You'll automatically become the team admin and can invite members by sharing your team code.
How do I invite members to my team?
Each team has a unique 6-digit team code. Go to your team's settings, tap "Team Code", and share this code with people you want to invite. They can join by entering the code in the "Join Team" screen.
Can I create posts with polls or signup sheets?
Yes! When creating a post, you can choose different post types including text, polls, signup sheets, and payment requests. Polls let team members vote on options, and signup sheets let members sign up for time slots or activities.
How do team notifications work?
You'll receive push notifications for new posts, comments, calendar events, messages, and other team activities. You can manage notification settings in your device's Settings app under Team Share notifications.
How do I add events to the team calendar?
Navigate to your team's Calendar tab and tap the "+" button. Enter event details including title, date, time, location, and optional signup sheets. Team members will receive notifications and can RSVP to events.
What are dependents and how do I use them?
Dependents allow you to manage participation for children or other family members. Add dependents in your profile settings, then when joining a team, select whether you're joining as yourself or on behalf of a dependent.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or visit our data removal request page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Your information is never sold to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
